St. Michael's
From the South
- Exit A19 onto A1027 Roundabout (3rd Exit).
- Turn left at Roundabout.
- Follow Road to what looks like a roundabout and
turn right.
- Left at next small roundabout and follow road
around to the right and over the small roundabout
through Billingham town centre.
- Left at the T-junction (& traffic lights) at
the end.
- Right at the set of traffic lights next to the
Telstar (Pub).
- Through several priority signs/chicanes take the
6th right down (ummm some road). This road doesn't look
like it goes anywhere.
- Go all the way around the back of St. Michael's
School and park in the basket ball court.
From Tall house
You Should already know the way out of Wynyard since you
found your way in.
- Head east on the A689 over the A19 and past the BP
Station to the large Billingham Roundabout.
- Take the 2nd exit (Caution 2 O'Clock position) on
to the A1185.
- Stay in the right hand lane and take the first
right.
- Follow this road over the roundabout until a set of
traffic lights (Telstar Pub on left after lights)
- Turn left in front of the pub and follow through
the chicanes until the 6th road on the right. This road
doesn't look like it goes anywhere.
- Go all the way around the back of St. Michael's
School and park in the basket ball court.

Tall House
Firstly, don't trust multimap for direction; you need to
go up the A19 via Thirsk, not up the A1/M past
Darlington.
- Take the A19 Signed Middlesbrough & Thirsk.
(And Teesside I think).
- Follow for 30ish minutes until the nightmare sight
of the ICI factory has passed.
- Exit onto A689 signed Bishop Auckland, and
Hartlepool. (Don't head to Hartlepool)
- On the 3rd Roundabout take the first exit to
Wynyard (don't be tempted at the second
roundabout.)
- Follow the Wynd passed security and The Stables
Pub.
- Turn right infront of the duck pond into The
Granary.
- 48 is on the right opposite a streetlight once you
reach the paved road surface. (Left hand side of the 3
story semi.)
